CLEVELAND, OHIO – July 31, 2017 – A tomato tour de force is at the heart of a new culinary offering to be presented by The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland throughout this August. With hotel Executive Assistant Manager-Culinary/Food & Beverage, Richard Sören Arnoldi, at the helm, the Muse restaurant team is devoting its August Farmers Market menu to the wonders of the tomato -- presenting three courses featuring tomatoes and the option of paired wines.

Crafted by Muse Chef de Cuisine Josh Nahm, the flavorful new tomato experience will feature the following, sure to create delicious #RC Memories. It is offered in addition to the restaurant’s existing breakfast, lunch and dinner menus:


FIRST COURSE:       Deconstructed Panzanella Salad: Sherried Heirloom Tomatoes, Chili-Rubbed Bocconcini Mozzarella, Pickled Red Onion, Baby Cucumbers, Ciabatta Crostini, Caper Vinaigrette

MAIN COURSE:        Grilled Cobia, Smoked Tomato Risotto, Pesto Butter, Fried Green Tomato, Micro Arugula, Mixed Cherry Tomato Salad

DESSERT:                  Tomato Sorbet in Almond Tulip Basket with Grand Marnier Anglaise Sauce and Candied Tomatoes
