Luxury hotel in Beaver Creek partners with a Colorado jazz duo to offer an elevated experience for guests, visitors and locals

BEAVER CREEK, Colo. (July 11, 2017) – The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch welcomed WYLD’s first summer with a musical brunch on Sunday. With a delightful setting in the resort’s signature restaurant, a fresh menu based on seasonal ingredients accompanied by smooth melodies, Jazz Brunch at WYLD is poised to conquer the most discerning palates of Vail Valley. Presenting a bespoke experience, Executive Sous-Chef Aaron Baxendale, draws his inspiration from the region’s culinary tradition; brunch at WYLD is a celebration! A sophisticated yet simple menu will vary based on seasonal ingredients featuring delectable alpine cuisine and specialty salads.

Featuring an extravagant menu with bountiful offerings, guests can also indulge in fifteen dollar bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys. The food is served buffet style with highlights including a live omelet station, decadent charcuterie and a guest favorite – a sumptuous dessert bar. Inspired by our very important kid guests, Pastry Chef Emily Peksun’s sweet spread will vary weekly with items such as Fruit Loop panna cotta, Nutella-filled munchkins, colorfully sprinkled donuts and orange macarons.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch has partnered with Grammy nominated woodwind artist Bob Rebholz and guitarist, vocalist and composer Justin Allison to inspire all the senses. From the most casual listener to the discriminating jazz aficionado, the duo’s energy moves with melodies and rhythms while performing jazz, Brazilian and beyond.
