CHEF ROMAIN’S MARINATED MACKAREL

Romain is a leader from a new generation of chefs who mix influences of classic cooking with modern aesthetics resulting in refined creations highlighting the authenticity of flavors.

This month, Chef Romain presents marinated mackerel, infused with Hoegaarden, served with pickled beets and Belgian goat cheese.

Kasteel Donker is a strong dark brown ale.  The creamy texture is complimented by a rich mahogany body, which can age for many years. We invite you to celebrate the robust flavors of this uniquely Belgian beer throughout the month of February.

JAZZ NIGHTS

Relive the golden era of 1920s Belgium at our special jazz evening, featuring a four-piece live band performing a mix of classic and contemporary jazz.

Doors open at 6 p.m. with performances starting at 8:30 p.m.
