Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 15 May 2017 – In the spirit of Ramadan, The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC is encouraging friends and families to come together to break the fast with a special weekend offer on its sumptuous Iftar buffet.
Marking the return of the official DIFC Ramadan Majlis – a partnered initiative with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) – the luxury downtown hotel is offering one complimentary Iftar for each full paying guest every Friday and Saturday, while children aged 6 and under dine for free.
Inspired by traditional Arabic hospitality and cuisine, the family-friendly feast takes guests on a culinary voyage of discovery across the region, with live cooking stations, authentic dishes and traditional flavors emblematic to the Holy Month.
Look out for such succulents as the UAE specialty Lamb Harris, classic Cheese Shanklish and the definitive Mixed Lebanese Grill, not forgetting an extensive selection of mouthwatering traditional Turkish cuisine, the scope of which has never been seen before in the UAE for Ramadan. With Arnavut Cigar and Ispanak Tartar just the beginning, it is guaranteed to be a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds for grownups and kids alike.
Renowned for a commitment to innovation, no Iftar at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC would be complete without the hotel’s culinary craftsmen putting their famous twist on traditional favorites, including the hotel’s famous Arabian Sushi station, Hummus Fountain and Falafel Waffle, alongside a new Arabic Bouza.
