Dubai, UAE, October 11, 2017: The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, announces a new pop-up gastronomic experience specially curated by award winning Michelin-starred Chef, Paco Pérez, at Center Cut Steak House. The winter pop-up will be open to guests from October 22, 2017 to January 22, 2018 to celebrate the true essence of Spanish cuisine, with menus featuring a broad selection of authentic and modern takes on Spanish-style tapas at lunch and dinner. The Catalan Chef will also make special appearances throughout October, November and December, to welcome guests as they embark on this incredible culinary journey.
As one of the leading practitioners of state-of-the-art 21st century cuisine, the world-renowned gastronomic visionary will draw inspiration from fresh food and produce from Spain's culinary landscape, using innovative techniques to encapsulate the heart of the local culture. The pop-up will present guests with Chef Perez’s imaginative combination of quality ingredients, served in simplicity and elegance.
This concept of innovation has been pivotal in all of Chef Perez’s culinary creations, especially at Enoteca at The Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Arts Barcelona, where he has continued to achieve a balanced combination of tradition and modern culinary techniques. Generating new textures, flavours, colours and aromas, his philosophy based on quality raw ingredients that invoke the senses with natural flavours from across Catalonia, lies at the core of his creative vision. This will serve as the backbone of his gastronomic masterpieces at the Center Cut at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC.
