The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC, will be the place to be in Ramadan 2017
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 11 April 2017 – In celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan, the DIFC Ramadan Majlis – a partnered initiative between Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC, will return next month, promising a distinctive experience inspired by traditional Arabic hospitality and cuisine.
New for this year, the luxury downtown hotel is inviting guests to break the fast with a culinary voyage of discovery across the region. The sumptuous menu has been specially designed with an enhanced focus on live cooking stations, authentic dishes and traditional flavors emblematic to the Holy Month.
Highlights include the UAE specialty Lamb Harris, a classic Cheese Shanklish and the definitive Mixed Lebanese Grill. Locals and expatriate guests alike will be impressed by the extensive selection of mouthwatering traditional Turkish cuisine, the scope of which has never been seen before in the UAE for Ramadan. With Arnavut Cigar and Ispanak Tartar just the beginning, it is guaranteed to be a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds for truly memorable experience.
Renowned for a commitment to innovation, no Iftar at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC would be complete without the hotel’s culinary craftsmen putting their famous twist on traditional favorites, including the hotel’s famous Arabian Sushi station, Hummus Fountain and Falafel Waffle, alongside a new Arabic Booza.
Following the introduction of a striking new design last year, the Samaya ballroom will once again be transformed into a lavish Ramadan majlis. Presented in partnership with Finance House PJSC, the modern design includes seven private majlis with soothing music ensuring a relaxed yet lively ambience and traditional Arabian feel throughout.
The DIFC Ramadan Majlis will also serve an à la carte Suhoor menu, offering a range of Middle Eastern cuisine, along with a wide-range of shisha flavors and live musical entertainment.
