Dubai, UAE, November 4, 2015 – Monday November 9, 2015 welcomes the return of ‘Art After Dark’ the official after-party for Art Nights, the popular festival of art, design, music and cuisine held at DIFC’s Gate Village. Hosted by The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, ‘Art After Dark’ extends the artistic theme of the night over the connected walkway to the extensive terrace of No. 5 Lounge & Bar.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the DIFC skyline, guests can enjoy an impressive live art demonstration and the music of break DJ Lobito, resident DJ for No. 5 Lounge & Bar and Art Nights, and a leading authority in vinyl culture, turntablism, b-boying and street art in the region.

A long-term partner of Art Nights, the luxury Dubai hotel will also be involved with the festival as the official food and beverage partner. Its talented chefs will be showcasing their creative flair on the night with three specially crafted food art presentations, including decorating a giant canvas with an array of savory and sweet treats. The memorable presentation is normally only provided through Artful Dining, the acclaimed catering service at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC, and is ideal for private events from intimate gatherings through to large scale celebrations.

The luxury downtown hotel has a wider affinity with Dubai’s arts scene, with over 130 pieces of art on display in the hotel, as well as an ongoing partnership with Opera Gallery, which sees the DIFC gallery loan the hotel pieces of art on a quarterly basis.

Art Nights will take place in Gate Village, DIFC on Monday 9 November 2015, 7pm-10pm.

Art After Dark will take place at No.5 Lounge & Bar, The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC from 9pm.
