Flavor of Arabia (Jallab)

Jallab is a very popular drink in the Middle East. It’s made by diluting a special mixture of syrup made of grape molasses which is smoked with Arabic incense, dates, rose water and served chilled and in a tall glass with some crushed ice. To make it more decadent, it is always topped with nuts, such as pistachio, pine and almonds.

Every Sunday from 7 p.m. for 30 minutes
