RECIPE OF THE MONTH – May 2015
Ingredients: (Serves 1 person)
200 g banana (1 banana)
80 g passion fruit
40 g sugar
40 g butter
100 g vanilla ice cream (1 scoop)
Cut the banana in half and roast it in the oven for 5 minutes
Make a regular caramel with the sugar, once it is done add the butter
Take half of the sugar caramel and mix with the passion fruit.
Remove the banana from the oven and cook it for 3 minutes more on the remaining caramel.
Serve the banana with the passion fruit caramel sauce and the vanilla ice cream.
