Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 31st August 2017: Chef Ta Van from Blue Jade at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai’s Pan-Asian restaurant,takes guests on a journey through Cantonese Dim Sum culture, every Wednesday at the JBR Walk. With a selection of the most authentic Dim Sim flavors from across China complemented with traditional desserts, Asian infused cocktails and beer.
Chef Ta Van responsible for the outstanding dishes of The Ritz-Carlton Dubai’s, signature restaurant Blue Jade, has created this special Cantonese experience. Chef Ta Van, originally from Vietnam is passionate about sharing the culinary diversity of the largest continent on the planet, Asia, that he comes from. Using his skills and experience from the region to showcase in Dubai an array of Asia delicacies throughout the year and making authentic Asian dishes from across the continent accessible for everyone to experience.
Indulge every Wednesday from 6pm, in unlimited authentic steamed and fried Dim Sum including Chicken Siu mai, a full variety of delicious dumplings and steamed bao with bbq, complete with mouthwatering traditional desserts. Which can be enhanced only, by choosing to add unlimited Tsingtao beer and Asian infused cocktails.
