This menu is more complex than the previous year’s with more textures. We have been striving for harmony with the whole menu  both with the colors, the serving and the wine paring.” - Róbert Sugár, Chef of Deák St. Kitchen.

“The purity, the individual character and the various unrepeatable styles of winemakers spiced with seasonality inspired the creation of the new wine list. For the wine enthusiasts I created special wine flight holders of a 60-year-old barrel that offers a great opportunity to taste 4 different typical Hungarian wines with cheese or hams” – Dániel Varga, Sommelier of Deák St. Kitchen.
