Chef Alessio Corda has traveled and worked all over the world, from his native Italy to Qatar to Japan. His handcrafted cuisine combines the best of his experiences and is inspired by Japanese philosophy. He relies heavily on the bounty of local farmers and fishermen, preferring to partner with area purveyors and artisans to spotlight the abundance for which Switzerland is renowned.

Our Pastry Chef, Pascal Fourdrinier revisits the English Afternoon Tea with a fine selection of finger sandwiches, homemade pastries and warm scones served with rose petal jam. You will be invited to discover an extensive selection of organic teas and hot chocolates from our chocolate shop by Philippe Pascoët.
