The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul's traditional and flavorful events continue at Atelier Real Food restaurant in April. This month, a special menu has been created for guests, offering fresh Sushi, Fish & Mezze. The special children’s “Super Heroes Breakfast” is also being served on April 23rd.

During the month of April, traditional Far Eastern flavors such as Sushi, appeals to both the sea and the palace at Atelier Lounge; Mezze and fish lovers will experience a tasteful journey towards the Bosphorus on April 13th, with the "Master Mehmet Mehmet Başkaya and the Fish Tastes Workshop”. Those who want to share the Easter spirit with their friends and family will meet for the Easter Brunch at Atelier Real Food restaurant on Sunday, April 16th.

“National Sovereignty and Children's Day” will be celebrated together with a joyful concept named “Super Heroes Brunch”, which promises fun and delicious hours at Atelier Real Food restaurant.

Special offers for Sushi lovers throughout April

Sushi, born in Southeast Asia and about a thousand years old, will be presented to our guests’ taste buds at the Atelier Lounge during the month of April, either as an unlimited sushi roll or in the form of a set menu containing 6-12 pieces. Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, Selami Güleryüz, suggests the enrichment of Sushi experience with small rolls followed by Nigiri to the sushi buffs. On weekdays in April, guests can visit Atelier Lounge from 17.00 pm to 21.00 pm.

Fish Tastes Workshop with Master Mehmet Başkaya

It’s name was inspired by the artisan's place of production, assertive enough to use the term "real food" with the theme "Master Mehmet Başkaya and Fish Tastes Workshop" on April 13th. Mehmet Başkaya will host a unique dining experience at Atelier Real Food Restaurant accompanied by live fasıl music. The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul's Executive Chef Selami Güleryüz's special tasting menu for this evening is sprinkled grapes, shrimp stuffed zucchini flowers and grilled coral.
