 The traditionalized and highly anticipated taste meeting of the city, the 7th Restaurant Week, continues to contribute to gastronomy and life culture with the motto “Street Tastes in Restaurants, Restaurants in Streets” in 7 different cities during April.

The highly anticipated 7th Restaurant Week, will bring its motto ‘Street Tastes in Restaurant, Restaurants in Streets’ to seven cities this April.

 Held by Dude Table organization, Restaurant Week is bring different foreign and domestic street tastes and their harmony with wines together with food lovers, with the motto “Street tastes in restaurants, restaurants in streets” in its 7th year. Within the scope of Restaurant Week to be held with the participation of around 150 restaurants in 7 cities, İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Adana, Antalya and Gaziantep, restaurants of 5 star hotels in İstanbul will turn street tastes of Turkish cuisine and world cuisines into a gastronomic experience during April.

Held by Dude Table organization, Restaurant Week brings together different international and domestic street tastes, together with wine pairing.  Now in its seventh year, Restaurant week will be held in collaboration with over 150 restaurants in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Adana, Antalya and Gaziantep. The restaurants housed in Istanbul’s five star hotels will turn street tastes of Turkish cuisine and global dishes into a gastronomic experience throughout April.

Atelier Real Food restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul with its concept of “farm to table”, is offering street tastes of Vietnam, Latin America and Italy to the taste of guests by matching them with local wines.

5 different plates prepared by French Executive Chef Andre Piednoir especially for the Street Tastes festival, including Vietnamese shrimp wrap, “empanada” with veal and potatoes, “misto fritto” consisting of a quartet of calamari, mussel, shrimp and fish, fried pizza and as a dessert, “cannoli” candied with orange peels and ricotta cheese.
