Yoann Bernard, Executive Chef

Yoann Bernard has been appointed as the new Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow. He joins the hotel’s team after most recently serving at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Bernard has more than 19 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants around the world. At The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow he will introduce a sophisticated international cuisine concept with distinct Russian touches to appeal to the well-travelled Moscow foodies and hotel guests.

Baptiste Villefranque, Pastry chef

Baptiste Villefranque our outstanding Pastry Chef here at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow started his career at the tender age of 15, and has already spent 9 years learning his profession.

Baptiste graduated with honours from the most recognized  Pastry school in France, specializing in baking and pastry preparation.

Whilst creating new desserts, Baptiste focuses on new flavors and interesting product combinations to then create his visual style and enjoys greatly working with chocolate to create a variety of delicious treats!
