Moscow, Russia — October 01, 2015 — Celebrating the arrival of 2016 at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow will feel like you’re visiting a new staging of your favourite opera or ballet. The main holiday plot will be unveiled in the newly renovated restaurant O2 Lounge on the 12th floor of the hotel with the same glorious Red Square views and an impeccable performance by the hotel’s culinary team. The holiday feast with five courses will be directed by the O2 Lounge Chef Florent Courriol who has worked alongside culinary stars such as Jean-Luc Rabanel and Joël Robuchon.

Café Russe will offer a different kind of celebration with a lavish buffet of delicacies from both sea and land, a salad bar, carving stations, a great variety of desserts and a candy corner. The venue will offer free-flowing champagne, the finest Russian wines and premium liquors. The guests will be invited to make their New Year’s wishes while listening to the Kremlin bells on the O2 Lounge outdoor terrace. Children under 12 will have their own festive menu.
