New Year is one of the most magical and beloved holidays in Russia. The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow invites valued guests to celebrate New Year together and to “Party like a Russian.”
MOSCOW – October 1, 2017 New Year happens only once a year. This enchanting period is always associated with aromas of pines and sweet tangerines. The first of January is time to make a new wish and to set goals for the next 365 days. It is often said that “the way you spend New Year’s Eve is the same way you will spend the rest of the year, ” thus the celebration should be cheerful and unforgettable. The Ritz -Carlton, Moscow decides to move away from traditions and to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2018 with a completely new concept.
All restaurants in the hotel will be closed during the festive night and guests are invited to the exquisite Ballroom on the second floor. Vitaliy Kozak, at eight pm, will greet all invitees with his well renowned #bubblesup DJ -set. The Gala dinner themed “Party like a Russian” starts at nine pm as the Ballroom doors open.
The executive chef Yoann Bernard prepares a special festive menu that consists of a variety of traditional Russian festive dishes namely Olivier Salad, Pancakes with Salmon and Osietra caviar, Herring & Beetroot Salad and of course signature seafood delicacies.
At half past eleven all guests are invited to the O2 Lounge terrace to count together the last twelve seconds of 2017 and then to meet New Year 2018 with unlimited Moet & Chandon Champagne and appetizers with black caviar, while night skies are blasé of light and color with a display of stunning pyrotechnics from the Red Square.
Apart from the exclusive DJ-set from Vitaliy Kozak, already an official musical resident of the hotel, there is an outstanding entertainment program, festive raffle, different performances, musicians and of course presents from Ded Moroz.
For the youngest guests this New Year’s Eve celebration turns into a real fairytale with a magical program. Pajama Party or “Why Ded Moroz comes at night?” begins at nine in the morning of December 31st at a Carlton Suite, where during the whole day a well-trained entertainment team arranges amusing activities for children until the Gala dinner starts. For the little princesses and young gentlemen famous stylists are invited to help them to be prepared for the most magical night of the year.
At eight pm children will enter another enchanting destination, from where they start to explore every corner of the hotel trying to find presents from Ded Moroz.
The celebration will take part till four in the morning on the first of January; however it is not the end. All guests, no matter whether they are staying at the hotel or not, are invited to enjoy the New Year’s breakfast at Café Russe, which starts at seven morning time and lasts till four in the afternoon.
