The 2018 Amelia Island Wellness Festival offers a weekend of holistic programming designed to inspire, awaken and renew. Hosted exclusively at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, the festival features wellness masters specializing in mindfulness, meditation, yoga and healthy living. Set amidst the pristine, dune-lined beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, the Amelia Island Wellness Festival features workshops held as group and personal experiences with the nation’s most influential wellness masters.

Begin your journey of personal enrichment at Florida’s most innovative wellness festival. This event is presented by The Amelia Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and the local community of Amelia Island.

Rates listed are per room, per night, single or double occupancy, and exclusive of taxes, gratuities, resort fee and other charges unless otherwise noted. Room rates do not include admission to Amelia Island Wellness Festival events; Amelia Island Wellness Festival events are restricted to adults 18 years and older.

The 2017 Amelia Island Wellness Festival featured five of the nation’s most influential wellness masters teaching in their respective disciplines as well as retreat events for small groups.

Heidi Powell

Laura Sykora
Laura Sykora is an internationally known yoga teacher who began her yoga journey nearly 20 years ago. Through Instagram, she began sharing her love of yoga to the world by posting inspirational photos of her signature inversions, advanced yoga postures and practice with her children. Laura has built a loyal Instagram following of more than 1 million fans and travels around the world sharing her knowledge of yoga through workshops and retreats. She is excited to lead guests of the Amelia Island Wellness Festival. 


MC Yogi
Blending his love and knowledge of yoga culture and music, MC Yogi is known for teaching some of the largest yoga classes in America A modern-day yoga ambassador, MC Yogi embraces a more intimate, but no less fun approach at the Amelia Wellness Festival through panels, classes and a must-be-seen experience that is equal parts music, inspiration, consciousness, and life-affirming body positivity.
