Join Ritz-Carlton Chefs in a Tribute to Coastal Treasures

AMELIA ISLAND, FLA. (January 8, 2018) – Food-lovers seeking the best that Amelia Island has to offer can join the chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island in kicking-off Amelia Island’s 10th Annual Restaurant Week at a reception and four-course dinner at Coast on Wednesday, January 17 beginning at 6 p.m.

Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Executive Chef Sean Woods, Coast Chef d’Cuisine Niko Anagnostou and Executive Pastry Chef Sheldon Millett have combined talents to create a dream Coast menu: A Tribute to Coastal Treasures.  In partnership with local farmers and fishermen, the menu pays tribute to our region’s best ingredients, using them to create culinary artistry and a meal to be remembered.

New Menu at The Pub

The Ritz-Carlton continues The Amelia Island Restaurant Week celebration with a mouthwatering three-course menu found on The Pub’s new menu. The special Restaurant Week dinner menu features:

  • House-made jumbo pretzel with Intuition Ale Jon Boat cheese fondue and B&B pickles
  • Filet mignon sliders with sweet onion jam and Sweet Grass Dairy gouda served on a snowflake roll
  • Duke’s Brown Ale chocolate hazelnut flourless cake with dark chocolate mousse and vanilla brown ale Anglaise

The Pub Restaurant Week menu can be enjoyed at dinner from January19th-28th and is $31 with a choice of soft drink.  Tax and gratuity are not included. Call 904-277-1086 for reservations.
