Inspired By Bourbon Legends, The New Lobby Bar Is Teaming Up With The Pastry Team To Deliver A Delicious Treat

AMELIA ISLAND, FLA. (January 31, 2017) – To commemorate the grand opening of The Lobby Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island in conjunction with the holiday of love, the hotel is putting a special twist on a traditional Valentine’s Day gift.

Inspired by bourbon legends, The Lobby Bar boasts an extraordinary beverage program where bourbon and rare spirits are the main attraction. For Valentine’s Day, the talented Pastry Chef, Sheldon Millett and Head Mixologist, Johnny Love have combined forces to develop a selection of delectable bon-bons matching the characteristics and unique flavors of three featured American bourbons.

Each bon-bon has a flavored ganache center and a hand painted chocolate heart shell. Three flights of bourbon are served with three flavored bon-bons on a cask oak tray. A honey vanilla bon-bon will be paired with Larceny Bourbon, a dark salted caramel will compliment a Bell Meade bourbon and an orange citrus bon-bon well pair nicely with the American Barrels bourbon.

From February 10-14, 2017 in The Lobby Bar, Bourbon lovers can share three flights and three bon-bons for $35. Champagne lovers can also pair the selection of chocolates with champagnes and Proseccos for the same price. For more information call, 904-277-1087.
