Orlando, Fla. – JUNE 22, 2017 – Bertrand Daluzeau has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. In this position, he will oversee the management of all food and beverage operations at the 582-room Ritz-Carlton, including Highball & Harvest, the hotel’s much-acclaimed southern-inspired casual dining restaurant.

Daluzeau brings an extensive wealth of knowledge and global experience working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He most recently served as Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Sharq Village & Spa in Doha, Qatar, and prior to that position he was the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. During his time at both properties, he led his teams to win multiple awards for the respective restaurants. His previous experience includes Banquets Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman and Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.

Daluzeau holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) Degree in Culinary and Table Art from Ecole Hôtelière de Paris Jean Drouant, and has completed multiple international training courses throughout the United Kingdom and Paris.
