AG's Fresh Black Truffle Menu
Executive Sous Chef Gilles Schreiber has carefully worked with the flavor, texture and aroma of the Fresh Black Winter Truffle to develop an exclusive menu available through January. The delicate balance comes into play when the truffle is heated, enhancing the taste to be slightly peppery. Unlike white truffles, black truffles are celebrated for their aroma becoming more intense when cooked with the dish.

Valentine’s Dinner

February 10, 14 and 17

Celebrate your love in AG with a romantic 4-course menu featuring Main Lobster Risotto and Grilled Beef Tenderloin while finishing with a treat from the chocolate truffle trolley. Enhance your evening with the Moet et Chandon champagne pairing. $80 per person, $120 with champagne pairing.

February Feature- Baked Alaska

National Baked Alaska Day is February 1 but we are celebrating all month long in AG. End dinner on a fiery note with the signature Baked Alaska lit tableside. Pair the dessert with a Sommelier selected cognac for an extra warm evening.
