Chihuly Inspiration in AG and Lumen
Indulge after dinner in AG with the Lemon and White Chocolate Mousse garnished with lavender sugar flower, mango and raspberry fruit pates, hazelnut caramel powder and dark chocolate merengue. In Lumen, sip the Crystal Rose with homemade sour mix, rose water syrup and fresh muddled cucumber shaken and garnished with crystalized lavender, rose petals and lime zest.

Thanksgiving Brunch in AG
Festive creative stations will include the “Fairywood Thicket Farms” station with artisan style breads, morning bakeries, regional cheese selections and international and domestic charcuterie selections; and a seafood spread featuring a sushi and sashimi station, jumbo shrimp, Jonah crab claws and New Zealand mussels on ice, shucked oysters, smoked and cured fish and a selection of caviar.

Chef de cuisine Josh Fryer will hand-select ingredients for his Farmers Market Vegetable Station, which will boast a seasonal kale salad with pumpkin seeds, honey crisp apple, candy cane beets and Georgia olive oil; glazed short ribs with whipped parsnips and frizzled leeks; and an antipasti selection including Portobello mushrooms, grilled zucchini, yellow squash, curry-grilled eggplants, honey-roasted baby carrots and jars of marinated vegetables. Port wine pears with asparagus and shrimp, salmon parfait terrine with tri-color caviar, pinwheel chicken loaf with spring vegetables, and healthy meatloaf with grilled tofu stuffed with leeks will also be featured and will ensure every taste is satisfied.
