Executive Chef Ramesh Kaduru has curated a delightful and unique feast for this year’s Grand Fall Harvest Thanksgiving Brunch celebration. Festive creative stations will include the “Fairywood Thicket Farms” station with artisan style breads, morning bakeries, regional cheese selections and international and domestic charcuterie selections; a seafood spread featuring a sushi and sashimi station, jumbo shrimp, Jonah crab claws and New Zealand mussels on ice, shucked oysters, smoked and cured fish and a selection of caviar. Finally, the chef’s butcher block selection will showcase a roasted whole turkey, sage gravy and cranberry sauce; garlic and herb-crusted prime rib with red wine jus and horseradish cream; bourbon-glazed ham with grilled peaches and peach brown sugar jus; and whole-roasted grouper with herb béarnaise sauce.
