Luxury Atlanta Hotels Offer Exceptional Culinary Events to Celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday
Atlanta, Ga. – September 7, 2016 – The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta and The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead invite guests to celebrate the start of the holiday season with lavish Thanksgiving brunches. Complete with a plethora of culinary selections, carving stations, dessert delicacies and more, the Thanksgiving feasts will feature an array of choices for all ages and palates.

Executive chef Ramesh Kaduru has curated a delightful and unique feast for this year’s Thanksgiving Brunch celebration. Festive creative stations will include the “Fairywood Thicket Farms” station with artisan style breads, morning bakeries, regional cheese selections and international and domestic charcuterie selections; and a seafood spread featuring a sushi and sashimi station, jumbo shrimp, Jonah crab claws and New Zealand mussels on ice, shucked oysters, smoked and cured fish and a selection of caviar.
Chef de cuisine Josh Fryer will hand-select ingredients for the Farmers Market Vegetable Station, which will boast a seasonal kale salad with pumpkin seeds, honey crisp apple, candy cane beets and Georgia olive oil; glazed short ribs with whipped parsnips and frizzled leeks; and an antipasti selection including Portobello mushrooms, grilled zucchini, yellow squash, curry grilled eggplants, honey-roasted baby carrots and jars of marinated vegetables. Port wine pears with asparagus and shrimp, salmon parfait terrine with tri-color caviar, pinwheel chicken loaf with spring vegetables, and healthy meatloaf with grilled tofu stuffed with leeks will also be featured to ensure every taste is satisfied.
Finally, the chef’s butcher block selection will showcase a roasted whole turkey, sage gravy and cranberry sauce; garlic and herb-crusted prime rib with red wine jus and horseradish cream; bourbon-glazed ham with grilled peaches and peach brown sugar jus; and whole roasted grouper with herb béarnaise sauce. A kids’ station with childhood favorites like chicken tenders, tater tots, macaroni and cheese, pizza and green beans will also be offered – with decorated cookies and dessert to match. To top it all off, pastry chef Nitin Bali has curated several dessert offerings including a flambé apple a la mode action station and a chocolate fountain with assorted dipping items.
Thanksgiving Brunch will take place on Thursday, November 24, with reservations from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The cost is $95 per adult and $39 per child, ages five through 12. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel concierge at 404-659-0400 beginning October 1, 2016.

Begin the holiday season with the American tradition of family and friendship with a lavish brunch of more than 100 delectable selections created by executive chef Franck Steigerwald. Guests will enjoy tastes ranging from classic breakfast favorites, including poached eggs benedict with hollandaise, and vanilla waffles with maple syrup served with chocolate and caramel sauce, to seasonal specialties, including beer-brined turkey served with cranberry mostarda, tarragon gravy, and roasted garlic dauphine potatoes.
Menu highlights will include a carving action station, pepper-crusted bone-in prime rib served with red wine sauce and blue cheese horseradish cream, and an impressive seafood raw bar. Children will enjoy mac and cheese, fried chicken tenders, and an assortment of cookies and brownies. Following brunch, guests are invited to indulge in a beautiful dessert presentation created by the hotel’s renowned executive pastry chef Troman Felizmenio, featuring white chocolate cranberry tarts, passion fruit and coconut mousse with roasted pineapple, and autumn-spiced crème brulée.
