Downtown Coffee Shop Infuses Fall Menu with Seasonal Flavors

Atlanta, Ga. – September 9, 2015 – Atlanta’s only Jittery Joe’s coffee bar, located in the lobby of The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, has updated its menu to feature an array of seasonal drinks and pastries in preparation for fall. As of September 1, the shop will bid farewell to summer’s signature “White Orchid” iced coffee drink and “Walnut Coffee Wheel” pastry, and debut a variety of beverages and treats highlighting quintessential autumn flavors including pumpkin, apple and caramel.

Additions to the menu include a “Toasted Marshmallow Latte” made from espresso, milk, caramel and toasted marshmallow syrups, whipped cream and topped with miniature marshmallows; and a “Pumpkin Pie Latte” with espresso, milk and pumpkin syrup with a hint of pumpkin spices. New seasonal pastries include the “Autumn Apple Doughnut Cake,” a baked doughnut with pieces of Pink Lady apples throughout, topped with a warm maple glaze and the “Mini Pumpkin Loaf Cake,” a fall-inspired pumpkin spice cake topped with cream cheese icing.

“As the weather becomes cooler, we are eager to introduce our new signature Jittery Joe’s beverages and pastries that incorporate our guests’ favorite autumn flavors,” said Manuel Deisen, general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta. “We’ve had a successful first eight months of business, and we look forward to transitioning the menu into the fall season for the first time.”

The beloved “Spicy Maple,” Atlanta’s Jittery Joe’s signature latte blend infused with pure maple syrup and a dash of cayenne, will remain on the menu. Additionally, all coffee will be made using the hotel’s exclusive Eighty-Four Pour coffee blend, launched when the shop opened in January 2015, and named after the year The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta was founded. The new beverages and pastries launched on Tuesday, September 1, and will remain on the menu throughout fall.
