Atlanta, Ga. – September 22, 2015 – The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta will offer a week-long, Autumn Apple Menu in Atlanta Grill from Monday, October 12, through Tuesday, October 17, to support the hotel’s local Community Footprints efforts, the brand’s social and environmental responsibility program. Executive chef Ramesh Kaduru, the creative culinary force behind the menu’s conception, will begin the three-course, prix-fixe menu with an apple and kale salad with toasted pumpkin seeds, honey crisp apple, candied beets and apple vinaigrette. The entrée course will feature a choice of crispy pork belly with apple confit, creamed farro and sorghum glaze, or pan-seared crispy duck with sweet potato puree, apple chutney and apple jus. For dessert, chef Kaduru will serve a classic French apple tatin and apple sorbet.
