Day 1:

Morning
Treat yourself! Make your reservation on our Wellness Level to experience one of our two new Wellness Suites- the Jasmine Suite for relaxation or the White Lotus for rejuvenation. Greet the day by heading to Flywheel, the indoor cycling phenomenon, for an intense sweat session and right next door pop into dtox to refuel with a healthy organic fresh pressed juice. Rejuvenate with a spa treatment of reflexology or a hot stone massage in our Spa to ease your sore muscles. 

Lunch
Stay put. Enjoy our spa cuisine in the relaxation lounge after your treatment. Let us cater to your every wish.

Afternoon
No need to leave the hotel. Take a dip in our indoor pool, enjoy the sauna and whirlpool and absorb some vitamin D on our outdoor sundeck or lounge poolside with a great book or magazine. Get a second workout in with a run overlooking the pool.

Dinner
Stay in the comfort of your room or suite and have our chef create a healthy dinner menu for you and your family or friends.


Day 2:

Morning
Start the morning with a house made cold-pressed juice from the Coffee Bar  before your morning workout. Sample flavors like “Revitalize” made from green apple, celery, lemon, parsley and ginger and “Brighten” made from beet, cucumber, lemon and apple.

Lunch
Brunch like a local at or Butter Milk Kitchen or Joy Café, both recently featured on The Food Network for a true taste of Atlanta.

Afternoon
Located just 10 minutes from the hotel, Chastain Park has a three-mile route among some of the most gorgeous homes in Buckhead. Be one with nature while “window” shopping along your walk or run.

Dinner
On your way back from your walk or run at Chastain, enjoy a light, casual dinner at Zoes Kitchen. Zoe’s Quinoa Salad packs a delicious protein punch. For a more upscale, yet still health-conscious meal, Kyma Greek restaurant serves fresh whole seafood and unique specialty dishes as well as a vegan and vegetarian menu.
