The Petite Pastry Chef experience is available for children, ages seven to 14 and includes a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend a two-hour pastry class in the hotel’s kitchen with Chef Troman. Children attending the class will receive a personalized chef’s jacket to wear as they recreate some of the hotel’s signature sweets. When the sifting, stirring and sprinkling is complete, the young pastry connoisseur will join their parents for lunch and dessert in The Café where they will present their masterpieces for all to enjoy.

  • Overnight luxury Executive Suite accommodations with Club Level Access on Friday night (the first Friday of each month, available November 2016 through August 2017).
  • One two-hour pastry class and tour of the kitchen with Executive Pastry Chef, Troman Felizmenio on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. for one participant. Additional fees for second child will apply.
  • One lunch for up to four people featuring desserts created by the young pastry chefs.
  • Personalized chef's jacket for children participating in the pastry class.
  • Additional overnight accommodations available upon request.

This package includes a pastry class for one child aged seven to 14. Only one package is available per month. Please specify, ages, genders and sizes for chef's jacket when making this reservation.
