How do I make an appointment?
You may call the spa concierge at (404) 240-7041 to reserve your appointment or request a service on-line. Appointments are available Monday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m to 8 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Appointments for services will be reserved with a credit card or hotel reservation confirmation number.

Where is the spa located?
The spa is located on the ninth floor of the hotel.

When should I arrive?
We suggest that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This enables you to have a few minutes to relax in our guest lounge before your treatment, and assures your treatment starts on time.

What should I wear to the spa? 
Most guests wear the bathrobe provided in guest rooms, but guests may also change into a robe upon arrival at spa.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our spa concierge can assist you to plan the ideal spa experience customized for you.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. Shaving is recommended, but not necessary, for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
We recommend valuables be put in the safe in your guest room.

Is there steam room or sauna available?
Our Fitness Center on the second floor offers a sauna for ladies and gentlemen, an indoor pool, and whirlpool.

Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 18 and older to reserve massages, facial treatments, and body treatments. Guests of all age can enjoy nail treatments.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa agents before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.  If you have any concern at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, many beneficial treatments can be enjoyed. Our Spa concierge can offer guidance when you make your appointments. Massage is avoided during the first trimester of pregnancy.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. A 24-hour notice is also required for cancellations of packages or private parties. A credit card number or hotel reservation confirmation number is required at the time you book your treatments, and your credit card or room will be charged in the event of a cancellation that does not meet these requirements.

What about payment for spa services?
For your convenience spa charges may be billed to your room. We also accept all major credit cards or cash.

What about gratuities?
With your permission, a 20% service charge will be added for each spa service you receive. If you wish, please feel free to leave additional gratuity for your therapist.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged to your room or credit card.
