Breakfast with Santa
Saturday, December 17

Children of all ages will delight in attending Breakfast with Santa where your child's wish list can be shared with him personally. Young guests will enjoy a breakfast buffet featuring miniature pancakes, muffins, waffles and other pint-sized breakfast items. Families will also receive one complimentary 5x7 photo with Santa. Reservations are available between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and the cost is $48 per adult and $28 per child, ages 4-12.

Gingerbread Workshop

Saturday, December 3, 10, 17 from 2- 4 p.m.

Join Mrs. Claus and her elves in building a Gingerbread house. She will supply you the pre-built house, candy, icing, and a box in which to take your creation home. Guests will also enjoy cookies, hot chocolate and cider. Each station is designed for one to two people to decorate. The Gingerbread Workshop will be available, November 26, and December 3, 10, 17 and by reservation only from 2-4 p.m. The cost is $65 per house.

  • 1 p.m. – Story Time with Mrs. Claus – The most lovable lady of the season will charm little ones with classic Christmas tales throughout the holidays. Santa’s Helpers will also deliver holiday surprises. This experience is complimentary to all hotel guests.

December 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31

  • 11 a.m. – Crafting Christmas – Join our talented artist for a morning to paint holiday cards and ornaments with loved ones. This experience is by reservation only, so please dial 706-467-7130 for reservations. The cost is $25 per person.

December 4, 11, 18 and 25

  • 11 a.m. – Winter Wreath Decorating – Customize each wreath with holiday flare, and enjoy the smell of the fresh pine for weeks to come.  This experience is by reservation only, so please dial 706-467-7130 for reservations. The cost is $25 per person.

December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16- 24

  • 7 p.m. – Elf Tuck-ins with Special Treats – Children will be treated to a holiday book reading in their guestrooms at bedtime and receive a copy of a Santa-autographed copy of either T’was the Night Before Christmas or Dooley’s favorite holiday book, Olive the Other Reindeer. Milk and cookies will complete the evening before they’re snuggled into their beds for a good night’s sleep. Space is limited and reservations are required; please dial 706-467-7130. November 23-27 and December 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 and Dec 22 through January 3

Reindeer Games – A holiday favorite, this game room will feature fun that even Rudolph would enjoy.  Time and location may vary.

In the Cellar at Linger Longer Steakhouse

Join our resident Sommelier for a wine tasting on the first Wednesday of every month, starting at 6 p.m. in Linger Longer Steakhouse. There will be three wines of different varietals and styles. The Sommelier will explain the way that they blend and contrast. The event begins at 6 p.m. and lasts about 45 minutes, just in time for dinner. S’mores by the Lake

The Ritz-Carlton Lodge is pleased to have you join our complimentary s’mores celebration daily by the rustic, lodge campfire. As you walk through our doors and time begins to slow down, come huddle around the warmth of the resort’s cozy lakeside bonfire and indulge in our signature tradition of delicious s’mores created just to your liking. The fire is lighted daily from 8 to 10 p.m., just outside of Georgia’s Bistro restaurant.

Five for Five at Linger Longer Steakhouse

Chef Chris Heath has partnered with our Bar Chefs to create a tapas-style menu available at Linger Longer Bar. The menus will feature 5 cocktail selections and 5 appetizers for $5 each and will be available at our bar from 4 - 6 p.m.

Bourbon and Food Tasting in Georgia’s Bistro

Join us every Saturday in the Georgia’s Bistro from 3:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. for a lesson on a Southern original, bourbon. Our resident Bourbon Expert will educate you on the origin, history, process and flavor profile of bourbon. Chef Aaron Baxendale will create a small southern tasting that will pair perfectly.
