The lakeside resort offers southern cuisine, music, golf and more for Father’s Day

GREENSBORO, GA – May 18, 2017 – Spend Father’s day lakeside at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee experiencing the beautiful surroundings, abundant activities, southern cuisine and more with dad on his special day.  Indulge in a barbecue feast at The Big Father’s Day Cookout set amongst the trees in The Forest of the resort, which will feature regional guest chefs cooking up some of their favorite dishes, along with offerings from local hotspot, Copperwood Pizza.

Regional chefs participating in The Big Father’s Day Cookout include Chef Brandon Carter of FARM Bluffton in Bluffton, South Carolina, Chef David Carrier of Certified Burgers and Beverage in Saint Simons Island, Georgia and Chef David Burchfield of the resorts own Linger Longer Steakhouse serving up local and regional flavors. Throughout the cookout, families will enjoy live music, beer, wine, a kid’s activity corner, and more.

The Big Father’s Day Cookout will take place on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and is priced at $58 per adult exclusive of alcohol, $29 per child ages 4-12 and children under 3 are complimentary.

As Father’s Day comes to a close, enjoy The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee’s Live at the Lake Summer Concert Series in The Backyard featuring Jason Eskridge, a Nashville native performing soul and pop music, followed by a firework display.
