Abhyanga 75 minutes INR 5300 plus taxes
Ayurveda recommends anointing the body with warm herbal oils as a part of daily life. In Abhyanga specific oils are chosen for the head and body, according to body type. The massage is followed by a soothing steam, helping the skin absorb the herbal oils.
Shirodhara 90 minutes INR 7900 plus taxes
This unique and popular ritual is always done in conjunction with a body massage. After the massage, warm herbal oil is gently and steadily poured on the forehead. The pouring of oil, always performed in absolute silence, is accompanied by a tender scalp massage.
Pinda Sweda 90 minutes INR 6600 plus taxes
For Pinda Sweda – “a poultice of herbs” – various medicinal herbal powders and spices are cooked in herbal oils and packed in bundles. Treatment begins with a body massage using herbal oils, following which the bundles are heated and applied to the skin.

Two skilful therapists work simultaneously on both sides of the body in a smooth and rhythmic manner.

Manoyana - Voyage of the mind 120 minutes INR 8900 plus taxes
Manoyana takes your mind on a blissful journey establishing the equipoise between body, mind and spirit. The program begins with our yoga expert sharing meditation, breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra to help slow life to a tranquil pace. This is followed by head and body massages and the gentle pouring of warm herbal oil on your third-eye chakra to ensure progressive deep relaxation.
Sushumna – Strengthening the spine 120 minutes INR 7900 plus taxes
Our resident yogi conceives a sequence of simple postures to balance and alleviate the spine and redirect body energy to relieve any discomfort. An invigorating massage followed by therapeutic application of specially prepared warm herbal bundles ensures powerful detoxification and brings your doshas back in to balance.

Aurvedic treatments as a whole are aimed at attaining a sense of equilibrium. According to ayurveda insomnia and irregular, craggy sleep patterns are symptoms of aggravated Vata dosha. Vata is responsible for movement, activity, and a constant thinking or worrying process. When Vata dosha is balanced, we feel creative, light, inspired, and energized. One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp, and Manoyana , which is a journey unto the mind, enables one to embark on a gentle and deep journey inwards. The pouring of warm oil on the forehead has a calming effect and controlling the breathing with the help of our resident yogi, helps to facilitate a quietened and more collected breathing pattern which in turn slows the rapid movement of the mind.
