Homemade dim sums, baos and a lavish spread of Chinese delights at The Lantern

There is a choice of soups to select from and the for the main courses there is a choice from the classic Kung Pao Chicken with Cashew Nut, Stir Fried Prawns with Toban Chilly Sauce and varieties of fried rice and noodles to contribute to a wholesome and hearty Chinese Brunch. House specialties like Stir fry Tenderloin with Garlic Pepper sauce, Stir Fried Chinese Greens, haricots in chilli oil and homemade cheung fun are circulated throughout the meal, with unlimited beer contributing to a fun Saturday flavor.
A dessert buffet on one end does justice to the visual aspect at the Big Fat Saturday Brunch, which also satiates sweet cravings.
