BANGALORE, December, 2016:  The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore rings in Christmas the most wondrous dishes to share with loved ones.

An uplifting slew of flavors to celebrate the spirit of the season have been crafted by the culinary team for a Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Brunch. Warm, lightly citrus-scented and spiced mulled wine can punctuate a heartwarming family reunion with a delicious spread of Christmas bounty.

A yuletide buffet on Christmas Eve featuring the finest delicacies such as suckling pig, live paella, risotto with Asian accents as well, like the well-loved cha siu will get guests in the mood.  Western classics like gorgonzola polenta with truffle asparagus, bacon wrapped fish, fennel cream sauce, pan seared duck breast with pumpkin risotto and artichoke and porcini cannelloni with green pea puree will set the mood for the Christmas Eve Dinner. A seafood grill will have the choicest fresh catch, perfectly grilled to your liking. For your Asian food cravings, we have you covered with Chicken in Thai basil and tamarind sauce, Singapore style soft shell crab to go along with steaming, fluffy and fragrant Jasmine rice. The customary Roast turkey with bread stuffing, giblet gravy and a lashing of cranberry sauce will certainly be the pivotal highlight.

A delectable dessert spread with Apple and Cranberry Lattice Tart, Chocolate Hazelnut Cream Cheese puffs, Ricotta Tart with chocolate and kumquats and Almond Macaroon Galette for the finishing stroke on a sweet note.

And for Christmas Brunch, a piping hot lobster bisque to start will be followed by a tableau of flavours. Wild mushroom crepes with parmesan and sumptuous Christmas desserts like plum pudding and cakes. Herb crusted venison with roasted pumpkin, and deliciously crafted braised New Zealand lamb shank will be some highlights for meat lovers.
