BANGALORE, November, 2016:  The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore brings the best of both worlds - the balmy, al fresco surrounds of its poolside and succulent grills and steaks to the city with the new pop-up restaurant.

Grill 99 is the newest addition to Bangalore’s dynamic dining labyrinth and is sure to stand out because of its quality offerings. Drawing on it advantageous location along the poolside, this restaurant which is wholly al fresco is located on the 5th floor of the hotel. Soothed by the calming waterbody around and the beautiful greenery on the fringes, guests will be able to enjoy the freshest of seafood and meats grilled to perfection and matched with fine wines. An unmatched ambience of refinement runs through the restaurant that has 24 covers most of which are cozily tucked into alcoves lending the place a touch of romanticism. The clever play of light and shade is made to enhance this aspect adding to the ambience of Grill 99. Warm, intuitive service adds to the atmosphere, providing discerning diners an urban retreat in the city with unparalleled service and a classic menu.

The Menu will have hearty grills and steaks with highlights such as Prawns Grilled with Herb Butter, New Zealand Lamb Chops, Tenderloin, Rib Eye and whole roast Organic Chicken - all succulent and grilled to perfection. Some classic soups like Heirloom Tomato and Garlic soup with Basil cream and fragrant Pumpkin and Rosemary Soup with Herb oil will serve as the classic comfort food items while diners are encouraged to ask for the plat du jour or dish of the day for a surprise element. There will be sides like Creamed Spinach, Sauté Mushroom , Braised Red Cabbage, Onion Confit while sauces like Béarnaise sauce, Pepper Sauce, Salsa Verde, Fennell butter sauce will be the go-to items to perk up and elevate the dishes. Unforgettable desserts like Orange Bake Cheesecake, Caramel choux buns etc will make for befitting sweet endings.
