BANGALORE, November, 2016: The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore will be showcasing a Diabetic Friendly cuisine Menu from 12th Nov to 30th 2016 onwards to mark the multi-city The Diabetic Food Trail®.
Since balance is the new watchword in the culinary arts, our chefs have curated a menu that has been vetted by a nutritionist empanelled for this initiative and each item has been measured in terms of calorie and nutrition. The menu has some exciting options like Goat’s cheese with grilled chicken and vegetables salad, Burnt garlic noodles soup, Grilled Scottish Salmon, garlic butter, finished with delectable desserts like Pot De Crème with fresh fruit and Rasmalai ! Using their culinary creativity, the chefs have devised a fun menu that is both nutritious and well balanced.
After the resounding success of The Diabetic Food Trail® last year, the organisers, Semora Entertainment Works have come up with a program that is comprehensive with a special menu, dessert trail and Masterclasses involving notable restaurants and 5 star hotels from luxury brands like The Ritz-Carlton.
The Diabetic Food Trail is presented by Britannia Nutrichoice Essentials in association with Biocon, the largest Indian Insulins Company, two forces to reckon with in their own sphere.
A Dessert Trail is a special feature in Bangalore on the 13th November, where a group of food enthusiasts will make about 4 stops at notable city restaurants trying out Diabetic Desserts making a final stop at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore where they will try desserts and will also be part of a Dessert making class.
