Bangalore, 15th October, 2015: In its constant endeavour to satiate Bangalore’s appetite for taste and aromas of global cuisines, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore brings to town the Spanish Food Festival featuring the Catalan-born chef Jordi Bernus, specially flown in from The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, to showcase Spanish fare with his very own modern twist.

Having worked with a number of Michelin Star restaurants, Jordi’s innovative cooking skills has set a benchmark in European modern dining and molecular gastronomy. His portfolio includes exclusive experiences at various one Michelin star restaurant in Barcelona from Via Veneto, Drolma to Raco d’en Freixa.

Chef Jordi has also been part of the culinary journey at two award-winning three Michelin star restaurants at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Italy and the famous 5 time award-winning Best Restaurant in the World - el Bulli in Roses, Spain (where he worked closely with renowned Chef Ferran Adria).

The Spanish food festival at The Market promises to entice the taste buds with Chef Jordi’s exotic culinary creations; indulge in the signature Slow Cooked Egg with Porcini Foam and Salmon Roe, Nitro Parmesan Ice Cream, Sous vide Short Ribs with vegetables and Lime Foam and more.
