Join our master chef for an inspiring visit to a vibrant market where you will source the freshest local ingredients and experience the sights and sounds of traditional Bali. Returning to The Ritz-Carlton, Bali you will gather fresh herbs and spices from the resort’s organic gardens. Our Chef will then show you how to prepare tasty Indonesian food, starting with grinding fragrant spices with a mortar and pestle. You will learn to make a number of traditional dishes and then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a festive lunch.
