Jakarta, 10 April 2017 – Baharat is back! Continuing the popularity for last two consecutive years, Baharat is now ready to open its door from 29 May – 24 June, 2017 at the 4th floor Ballroom Foyer.

The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place has created exclusive offers to commemorate the Holy Month of Ramadan, including a tantalizing Iftar and sensational traditional delicacies.
The hotel is proud to welcome three chefs this year, Chef Rabih and Chef Blaise, two well-trained and highly skilled chefs from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Oman carrying rich experiences specializing in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine such as Omani Dry Fish Salad, Moroccan Chermoula Fish Tagine, Chicken Maqloobah and Lamb Shuwa. The hotel brings Chef Kemal Ozcan back who would enliven the sweet buds with Turkish sweet delicacies and traditional baklavas. Together they have orchestrated a menu that complements guests favorite Ramadan dishes.

Transformed into a lavish tent with contemporary decor, the specialized restaurant within the mall will be an ideal venue for socializing with friends and family during Ramadan. Baharat offers a great choice of venue and possibilities to impress the guests with capacity up to 250 persons. With tasteful choice of entertainment, the unique venue will ensure an appropriate Ramadan ambiance and delectable culinary experience.

The Baharat buffet at the hotel’s ballroom foyer will be available daily for the month of Ramadan from 17.30 – 20.00pm at the price of Rp. 318,000++ per person (weekdays) and Rp. 298,000++ (weekend) inclusive of a welcome drink.
