Balinese Harvesting Meets Romantic Bamboo Design
Meaning “hut” or “shelter” in the Indonesian language, Kubu, calls its design from these huts in which Balinese farmers store rice after seasonal harvesting. The signature restaurant pays tribute to the native farming tradition with its open-air bamboo structure and nine private dining cocoons.
