Chef Oriana Tirabassi crafts over 50 delicacies inspired by a chocolate "factory" theme.  A work of art for all to see with decorations of gears and pipes along with seasonal scents all resembling an evocative chocolate factory. Relish Italian traditional desserts like "Budino" and chocolate mousse, as well as unique savories such as seasoned pancakes and chocolate risotto.

There is also an area dedicated to patissier Masatada Hosokawa who was awarded the gold award in the chocolate creativity category and chocolate category, and overall grand prix winner of the Nouvelle Patisserie du Japon 2017 competition.
