The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo is able to celebrate its 10 year anniversary on March 30th, 2017  because of your continuous patronage to our hotel.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of our guests for your support, concern and help at all times.

Since our hotel opening our highest mission has been genuine care and comfort and providing the highest personal service and facilities for our guests.

We will continue our efforts in providing a memorable experience in the future.

Crafted by The ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo

A unique private label of Japanese Sake, crafted personally by the ladies & gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton hotels in Japan. The Ritz-Carlton sake is produced together by the prominent, Shichiken brewery, exclusively for The Ritz-Carlton hotels in Japan and in commemoration of the 10th year anniversary of The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo.

Based on our value of appreciating cultural diversity, our team of chefs, bartenders, sake masters and sommeliers from various backgrounds and nationalities were involved in the making of the signature sake. Working together with the experts, the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo are proud to be directly involved in the process of making this special beverage, from rice planting, harvesting to brewing process.

To produce our sake, we follow the philosophy of “Good sake comes from good rice” where we only use “Umesansui” rice. Grown at Hakushu, Hokuto-Shi in the heart of nature's bounty where Shichiken brewery is located and has been producing sake for over 250 years, “Umesansui” rice is the best rice in the region to produce the finest sake.

In line with our tradition, we are also focusing on the quality of the Junmai Ginjo type of sake, that has been known to be the perfect sake to pair with food. The sake was brewed using the purest soft  water of Hakushu, and bottled in perfection with elegant design that goes along with our brand.

The Ritz-Carlton sake is preserving the unique scent of Junmai Ginjo and is best to enjoy chilled in a wine glass.

Hinokizaka-Sushi Chef, Nomura is dishing up special sushi lunch, highlighting 10 freshest seasonal ingredients to celebrate our 10th anniversary this month. The special lunch will be perfectly paired with The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo signature champagne that has been introduced since the hotel opening, as well as Ritz-Carlton private sake label that has been uniquely created for this year's anniversary (April 1 - 30, 2017 11:30a.m.- 14:30p.m.)

“NEO TOKYO” COCKTAIL – THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION / THE BAR

Our cocktail craftsmen have put together a special recipe to mix a unique cocktail that unites the best flavors from Japan and Europe. Drawing inspiration from “East Meets West” concept that illustrates Tokyo’s fascinating personalities, “Neo Tokyo” cocktail is also created as an appreciation to Japan’s famous home beverages and seasonal produce. 10TH ANNIVERSARY SWEET DELIGHTS / THE RITZ-CARLTON CAFE & DELI

Our Executive Pastry Chef, Jong Tze Khang has specially crafted a decadent “Pisutashu Raspberry Orange Cake” to add some sweet touch into our 10th anniversary celebration.

Baked to perfection, the cake provides succulent taste from its layers of Pistachio biscuit, Orange cream and Raspberry confit, topped with delicate Pistachio crunch. (April 1 – 30, 2017)
