Chef de Cuisine Shintaro Miyazaki has put together a special holiday feasts including Christmas lunch, Christmas dinner and Countdown menus at Azure 45. Cherish the magical Christmas spirit with delectable 4-course or 5-course Christmas lunch and the special 7-course Christmas dinner. To bid a fond farewell to 2015, make your celebration a spectacular one with a 7-course New Year’s Eve Festive dinner and a 5-course or a 7-course New Year’s lunch specials highlighting the most exclusive seasonal produce from both Japan and France

Towers Modern Bistro
Duo Chef FranckElie Laloum and Shingo Hayasaka from Towers Modern Bistro have worked together to release holiday specialties this season. Join them for a Christmas Brunch from December 23 to 25, and savor holiday specialties including curved dishes along with a glass of sparkling wine. Christmas Dinner is available from December 22 – 25, with a special 5-course menu including a glass of premium champagne.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at Towers Modern Bistro with a lavish 5-course set menu including a glass of champagne Perrier-Jouët Belle Grand Brut. Offering the most spectacular Tokyo view from our windows, guests are also invited to stay late to watch the Tokyo Tower light show to welcome the year of 2016. To start the New Year, indulge in holiday specialties including curved dishes and a glass of sparkling wine available from January 1 to 3.

Discover the sweetest holiday treats in Tokyo as the creative minds at The Lobby Lounge prepare special Holiday Afternoon Teas for the whole month of December. Gather in The Lobby Lounge for an elegant Holiday Afternoon Tea or Artistry Afternoon Tea featuring Pastry Chef’s festive delicacies and bring home a one-of-a-kind Ritz-Carlton Santa lion gift.

Special for this year, don’t miss the exclusive one-day only Nutcracker Overture Afternoon Tea on December 9, and immerse in the glory of Tchaikovsky’s most famous scores and the Tokyo City Ballet company as they perform their interpretation of this world famous suite, together with the quartet led by the famous violinist Chika Edanami, the winner of the grand-prix at the 24th Michelangelo Abbado International Competition for Violinists.

Party into 2016 and join us at The Lobby Lounge & The Bar for a special New Year’s Eve Countdown celebration including free flowing N.V. Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut or Dom Pérignon champagne. With specially invited musicians, the event is promised to be the city’s finest countdown extravaganza overviewing the spectacular Tokyo skylines.

The award-winning restaurant is offering special Osechi Boxes in December, elegantly packaged and perfect for holiday gifts, The Ritz-Carton, Tokyo Osechi Boxes are filled with flavorful delicacies and are best to share with friends, family and loved ones. From December 31, 2015 – January 3 2016, enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine including natural bounty of the sea in season with panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo skylines.

The Ritz-Carlton Café & Deli
Award winning pastry chef and chocolatier Junji Tokunaga has just released a series of holiday themed arts. Five art pieces made of chocolate are now on display at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo highlighting a 3-meter high Christmas Tree Chocolate. The Chocolate Christmas Tree is made of 15 kilograms of vanilla scented chocolates covering every single corner of a real Christmas tree, giving it a spectacular art effect and beautiful chocolate and holiday aroma.

Made with high attention to detail and special techniques, the tree is also decorated with 200 pieces of hand-made chocolate balls and cookies.

Also on display, four uniquely crafted chocolate sculptures and cake, titled as The Christmas Balls, The Christmas Tree, The Christmas Robot and The Train Cake.
All art pieces are now on display at The Ritz-Carlton Café & Deli “Hall of Arts” allowing guests to take a moment to view these unique art pieces when entering the hotel.

Pastry Chef Junji Tokunaga is an award-wining patissier, recently represented Japan national team to won second place in the world-class Pattiserie competition, “Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie 2015 in France.
