Chef Miyazaki is releasing his new winter menu at Azure 45 and it's irresistible! The menu will be showcasing two choices of delightful five-course dining experiences with all the ingredients being sourced from the best producers and regions in Japan. One of the highlighted dishes on the menu is the appetizer dish featuring hairtail from Chiba and duck from Kyoto. Collaborating with Chef Miyazaki, our Pastry Chef Jimmy will be adding his sweet touches into the menu with his decadent dessert selections.
