Eight chefs from The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua present their specially curated dishes during
the screening of a box office hit film.

KAPALUA, MAUI, HI – (May 31, 2017) –  Gastronomy meets cinematography Sunday, June 25 at 5:30pm as The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is set to host a Culinary Cinema to help raise money for local Maui charity, Aloha Backpack Buddies.  During this evening of gourmet fare and film, eight specially curated, tapa-style dishes crafted by the talented culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua will be served during the screening of hit chef flick, Burnt, starring Bradley Cooper.

This enticing menu inspired by a playful, culinarian take on movie snacks will include –

Boneless Stuffed Chicken Wings
radish | ancient Chinese secret sauce | sesame

Sushi Donut
shoyu wasabi mayo | picked ginger

Mac & Cheese Spring Roll
