To further elevate the program, the resort has tapped international fitness expert and founder of AKT, Anna Kaiser, to bring her wildly popular and ground-breaking AKT Retreat fitness program to the resort, direct from her NYC studios. AKT Happy Hour: This interval workout alternates between choreographed combinations of dance cardio, toning, and dynamic flexibility sections, all set to hot, heart-pumping music for a comprehensive workout that keeps the body toned and energized.
AKT 4Play: 4Play is the quickest and most effective way to build lean muscle while improving your overall strength and power through a combination of HIIT intervals, functional strength training, and dynamic stretching to challenge muscles you never knew you had.
AKTone & One Night Stand: This class provides the perfect combo: 50% nonstop dance cardio, followed by 50% intense muscle burnout, from every angle, through a series of non-impact strength and toning exercises influenced by Pilates and barre techniques.

E ala E Ceremonies at Honokahua Beach – Join cultural practitioners for an invigorating ceremony guaranteed to rejuvenate the body and spirit. Attendees will venture to the ocean’s edge to ceremoniously immerse in the cleansing waters of the ocean and allow their troubles and negativity to be washed away. Chants are offered by all to the rising sun. Attendees should bring swim wear and towels.
Sunrise Yoga – This light-hearted outdoor practice on the Terrace Lawn focuses on basic alignment principles, breath work, and a short meditation. Start the day spending a moment to connect more fully to your body, mind, and heart.
Kapalua Fitness Hike – A brisk 2.5 mile walk around the Kapalua community. Explore pristine beaches and picturesque ocean views, while breathing in the fresh, island air.
Sense of Place – Beginning with the presentation of Dr. Elizabeth Kapu’uwailani Lindsey’s award-winning documentary, Then There Were None, and discussion of the history and subjects broached in the documentary. Followed by a walking tour to the border of the Honokahua Preservation Site, led by a cultural advisor, where the significance to ancient Hawaiians and its role in today's cultural renaissance is described.
Labyrinth Meditation Walk – Labyrinths used for meditation are based on patterns that date back thousands of years and have roots in many cultures and traditions. It is both kinesthetic and introspective, a complete mind-body integrative activity, while visiting a few of Maui’s treasures including some of the most beautiful weathered rock formations.
