Away from the hustle and bustle of noisy streets, Terrace 77 by Veuve Clicqout has opened its doors for the summer season. A legendary venue with a new name, the terrace is located at the very heart of the Esentai Park complex, offering views over the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains and an undescribable atmosphere. It promises to make summer evenings unforgettable for hotel guests.

This main feature of the terrace this season is exclusive champagne cocktails from the legendary brand: Pescellini, with incredible smooth peach purée, and the inimitable Bubbly 77 made using lemon sorbet, vodka and caviar. Guests can also choose from the extensive bar menu and range of culinary specialties from chef Esat Akyildiz: Fine de Claire oysters, a family-secret recipe for tomatoes with avocado, blue cheese and a dressing of vodka and lime, Pissaladière with roast lamb ribs, eggplant caponata, home-made ice-cream and other dishes that offer gastronomic delight for guests.

This season, the terrace continues to house the hotel’s herb garden, with greens that chefs will gladly harvest and add to home-made lemonades and restaurant dishes featuring seasonal vegetables to give them a delicious fresh aroma. Visiting DJs set the summer music mood on Wednesdays through Fridays. For those keen to relax after a day at work, the terrace has daily happy hours from 17:00 until 21:00 with special prices for Veuve Clicquot Brut champagne, wine, beer and classic cocktails.
