The 363-room hotel offers a variety of luxury travel amenities and experiences to meet the needs of every traveler including a full service spa inspired by ancient Mayan culture, a private beach club, an interactive Ritz Kids program which helps to introduce young travelers to the rich cultural traditions of Mexico, an award winning Culinary Center featuring interactive cooking classes for groups large and small, and nine innovative dining outlets, including two widely acclaimed AAA Five Diamond Award dining experiences - The Club Grill and Fantino restaurant.

“We are thrilled to be amongst the recipients of such an elite and global recognition,” said David Cayuela, general manager. “The hotel’s continued commitment to extraordinary service speaks to the very foundation of The Ritz-Carlton culture and the authentic spirit of hospitality for which Mexico is known around the world,” he added.
