CANCUN , QUINTANA ROO - April . 13, 2016 – The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun is inspiring guests to create extraordinary and memorable experiences in the newly renovated D-Lounge through its Host-Bartender program, inviting international mixologists to represent the most renowned production houses and spirts, with a special focus on tequila and mezcal.  Using traditional techniques and ingredients along with molecular mixology, each specialist will have an opportunity to interact and display their original creations with hotel guests.

D-Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun offers a diverse menu of vibrant flavored beverages inspired by local ingredients. Signature drinks include Old Fashion Bacon, made and infused with crispy bacon and the 100 Dollar Margarita, made with select añejo tequila, Grand Marnier and golden candied sugar.  The menu includes a selection of authentic Mexican dishes as well as a newly incorporated Sushi Bar, ideal for pairing Japanese specialties.

The combination of exceptional cocktails coupled with fresh dining selections makes for a sophisticated yet refined ambience for guests to enjoy with friends and family.
