CANCUN, QUINTANA ROO – NOV 30, 2015 - The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun proudly welcomes Mr. Ryan Manning as Chef of the Culinary Center. In this position, Chef Manning will oversee all culinary operations for the hotel’s interactive dining outlet, including innovative cooking classes, a personalized nightly Chef’s Table and culinary experiences highlighting regional and other favorite cuisines.
A native of Washington D.C., Chef Manning brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience to Cancun’s leading resort and looks forward to further enhancing the Culinary Center’s acclaimed offerings. His most recent position was at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes where he served as Sous Chef of the highly successful Highball and Harvest restaurant. Prior to his experience in Grande Lakes, he held culinary leadership roles at Walt Disney World and on the United States Capitol culinary team. The chef is also a member of American Culinary Federation, and has received the Achievement Award of Culinary Excellence from the Chefs Association of Central Florida in 2015.
